Pros: Great bike for the medium to low end price range $500-$1000. Great components ( Deore ) and disc brakes.
Cons: Could use a better rear shock, mine rattles a bit where it bolts to the lower part of the frame.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: If you are looking to pick up a decent bike for under $1000 try looking for an older model year. You can usually find great deals on bikes that are a year or two old.

Pros: Cheap for a full suspension bike with disc brakes. I found it comfy and solid, but there is a safety recall on this product. If you have one, go get it exchanged for a more recent model.
Cons: Weight, definitely too heavy. Vulnerable to rust. Rear suspension cannot be locked.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: There is a safety recall on this product. If you have one, go get it exchanged for a more recent model :)
