Pros:
The tyres are great, I had a giant hardtail before and the tyres were crap! This bike also has great shocks front and rear.
Cons:
Nothing yet but my friends have had a problem with the bb.

Pros:
The NRS system is amazing. Race Face cranks, SID rear shock, Pilot, saddle, these are all pro's. The rear suspension is truly the gem though. This bike bombs like a dually, but climbs like a hardtail.... or a mountain goat... or a sherpa.
Cons:
Wheelset, pedals (this is more personal preference than a con. I ride platforms).
Time Used:
Less Than A Month
Comments:
This is the perfect bike for a fairly serious XC rider on a budget. I've had it for a little under 2 weeks, but have already hammered it on a few long rides. The NRS linkage is incredible. No pedal bob whatsoever, and cushion when you need it. It's intelligent. This bike climbs better than my old Giant hardtail... and sure as hell bombs over bumps, off drops and down hills better.
The Pilot shock isn't the greatest in it's respective price range, but durable and well made none the less. I really enjoy the damping adjustment. The rear shock is nice though. I recommend riding it just a LITTLE stiffer than Giant recommends (body weight+10 in the upper, 50psi in the lower chamber)... but that may also just be preference.
All in all, i'm thrilled with this bike. The frame geometry allows me to huck, the suspension is plush when it needs to be and stiff when it needs to be, it climbs like a hardtail, and it has quality components. I'd say the best bike in this price range that i've ever ridden!
Peace.
