Pros: strong. you say jump, it says "how long", u say drop, it ses "how high"
Cons: bolts come loose to easy by b/b
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: awesome little bike. i rode mine into a tree at around 70 odd kms over a 55 foot jump and only scratched the downtube, in other words "shea a burly frame mate"

Pros: the bike has huge balls!
Cons: i don't see any problems with the bike yet.
Time Used: Less Than A Month
Comments: i have ridden a hard tail for several seasons and just got a switch. i was worried about climbs with the switch due to the weight, but i am able to climb hills i never could before with my hard tail. plus launching off 7 or 8 foot drops is a dream with this bike.

Pros: tough as nails frame, handbuilt, full-out canadian manufacturing, maxxis minion DH tires
Cons: i ride the 05 rocky S1, it is a bit heavy on the flats, but climbs well for the weight. 40 lbs
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: the s1 takes everythhing in its path makes rock gardens a fun activity, aand the trail alot of fun. the decents are fast and will take the fury when you toss yourself out on a limb

Pros: jumps great descends great not heavy for what it is. smooth and beefy as h*** I dirt jumped it and it took it great
Cons: the fork. It works great but once something happens manitou has the worst service I have waited for a part for a long time now still nothing, they aren't very good with help either so ditch it and get a rockshox they make the best forks and have great service
Time Used: Less Than A Month
Comments: Other than the fork this thing rocks but with something not manitou like a rockshox it would be perfect I wish other companys would make a 1.5

Pros: Frame is build with Easton RAD tubing in Vancouver, BC. Very strong and burly. Lock out the FOX RL and you can climb with your XC buds, but smoke them when the trail heads downward!
Cons: The bike,as I have it spec'd, weighs in around 35lbs. A bit heavy for some. The stock XT/Disc Hubs and Mavic 317 rims are very heavy. Replace them with King Hubs and the weight difference is substantial.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: I've own(ed) several Mtn Bikes. The Switch is probably my favorite. I bought the frame and built it with components that match well to the frame. I recommend the Marzocchi FR 100. With the Fox RL on the back, I just lock it out and the bike climbs almost as well as my XC race bike. However, when I get to the top and start the descent, this bike absolutely rips! Excellent all around XC / Freeride frame!

Pros: Everything, this bike rocks!
Cons: Manitou??? Not a terrible bad fork, but I am getting a Marzocchi for next season.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: I have rode this bike very hard, and it still wants more, I take 6' drops like it aint no thang!! there is a rear lock out, but I don't use it. I love this bike on the climbs, and have no problem keeping up with my cross-country friends. Also it weighs 35lbs, so it is not for the weak at heart!!!! JUST BUY ONE!
