I love this tire as it made me climb faster, maintain a faster pace on the flats and still descend on any trail with confidence. This is the best tire I''ve tried so far. Can be a bit tricky on wet and muddy trails but very good on paved and hard compact trails. I''ll recommend this tire to anyone who wishes to increase their overall speed.

Pros:
It is 330 grams, as advertised.
Cons:
It was seated perfect on my Mavic crossmax sl rim. Tire bead gives at 60 psi and Blew up after I left sitting a couple of hours later. The bead is a semi plastic/elastic material that stretched and bend.

This is my 1st pair, could be a defect, but until someone give me a free one, I'm not spending the money to retry it again. Maxxis site advertise it for racing only for a reason. I dought it last long.

I've got two sets of tires and this is my favorite. Outstanding in long travel 100 km or more on climbing and downhill trekking. Sturdy and i have not experience yet a real flat tire out from the 500 km i travelled.

Pros:
This tire is amazing at cornering, like its on rails! And the light weight makes for an easy day of pedaling, all the qualities you hope for when buying a truley superlight tire.
Cons:
Like all tires you need to use your best judgment when picking a tire, these are named "FLYWEIGHT 330s" for a reason, yes, they pinch flat easily and yes they puncture frequently on the street if rode through lightly crushed glass commonly found on steets and sidewalks.

I have rode these tires on the streets of Boston and had 3 flats in 2 miles and I have rode a round trip of 75 miles and had a flatfree trip,,,,who knows what you will have but I love um! The minimal rotational resistance is worth the occasional repair to me, if you are the person who starts looking for a shop when your tire goes flat or just mechanically challenged look elsewhere but if you can change your own tube and think you would appreciate the sensation of losing 10-15lbs off your bike than these are for you!
