Pros:
Good strong fast bike. It's lighter, faster, and more reliable then anything else on the market with the same price tag.
Cons:
No bike shop to give you free maintenance etc, but the manufacturer is really good about post sale customer support.

My bike greatly outperforms big names like Trek that come in the same price range. I use it for racing and rec and it stands up to whatever I put it through. Customer service is excellent, I had a Shimano component give out and Ibex helped me out a lot. Putting it together is not real difficult.

Mail order only - This means that there's no test ride available. But they ride great so who cares.

This is surprisingly a great bike. I bought it because it was the best in my price range but It's actually a great bike. I would have expected to pay more.
