Pros:
Price - $500, Deore/Alivio drive train, rapid fire shifters, Tektro disk brakes work great, Alex disk specific double wall rims, frame seems very strong.
Cons:
Judy TT fork is on almost every budget full suspension bike on the planet, but its not good enough for this bike.
Time Used:
Less Than A Month
Comments:
I shopped around a lot online and in shops looking for a budget full suspension bike that wasn't junk. This is the best 'bang for the buck' I could find. I've been riding it a couple of weeks and am very impressed with the ride and feel of this bike! I'm already riding trails I would never have attempted on my old hardtail. Get this bike, take off the Judy TT and sell it on ebay. Get a Marzocchi EXR and you'll have a very good bike for under $600. Really the Judy TT isn't a bad fork, much better than lots of other forks and this bike has the 100 mm travel model, but for another $100 you can have a much better fork. Also, Ibex has great customer service. Before buying, I emailed questions and received replies within a few hours. When I got the bike and was putting it together, I emailed a question and received a phone call from Jack within about an hour an a half! If you want a good bike at a great price, Give this newer company a shot, I think you'll like what you get. I give this bike the highest rating possible because of the quality you get for under $500 - no one else comes close.
