Pros: Not as sweet or syrupy as gatorade. Tastes a lot better warm than gatorade does also.
Cons: Hard to find, but you can order it at most online retailers.
Time Used: Less Than A Month
Comments: I really liked it. As someone who exercises 4-5 times a week and really needs to hydrate, I was glad to have something other than gatorade and plain water. Plus, I didn't have to water it down like I do gatorade so I got the full benefit.
