tires are shit (some unknown michellin), wheels aren't super light, shocks aren't that good, front derailuer is only LX where as Rear is SRAM X.9
in the short time of almost 3 months I have riden this bike just under 250km. It handles well, it weighs nothing! (just under 11kg). And it hasn't been released in the U.S. or any place other than exclusive locations in Asia. I got mine with Stock + Rock Shox SID Team 2004 for $2400, AUD. that price rocks! for this you get a carbon frame, the shocks, EA50 seatpost and handle bars, vp headset and pedals (clipless) raceface xc crank and ISIS bottom bracket, SRAM X.9 rear Derailuer and X.7 shifters, SRAM cassette, Absouloutly Awesome Avid Mech Disc brakes and FR-1 levers, and to top it off, the fact that if you have one you won't see it on the track passing you ever, or for a long time.
It is such a good bike that even it's Bigger brother the MCM1 can't beat it it's that good (the MCM1 has Shimano instead of SRAM). But the main factor is the frames material. Carbon Fibre Composite is the way of the future. Aluminum is old school, it still dominates the market but it will soon be only for heavy duty DH bikes.
