Pros: Excellent build quality. Very smooth action. Superb seals and bushes with no air loss positive or negative. Stiff with good tracking.
Cons: Takes time to bed in. Manual is poor. I got the best set-up information by going to http://www.cycle1st.co.uk/marzocchi1.htm
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: Excellent forks, totally reliable. I now prefer marzocchi to Fox because Marzocchi are are so reliable. Great tracking, very adjustable and need almost no maintenance. Keep the air in with no leaks. I don't mind a fraction over weight because it has gone into the metal, the construction. Marzocchi know how to make forks!!!

Pros: Smooth performance and good travel on the 105mm model. Stiff, light, strong, reliable, consistent, great seals or should I say bushes, tracks the ground like Bloodhound...all the usual stuff that you expect from Marzocchi.
Cons: Stiff at moving up and down at first and the instructions does not explain what the negative air pressure should be.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: This is a blinding set of forks that just eat up the ground. They are strong and very smooth, very reliable, great at tracking the ground no matter how rough it gets and they need nearly no maintenance. I was getting a set of Fox but I can see nothing better in how Fox make the forks and I paid much less for these Marzocchi forks with every bit as good a performance. Top class forks.

Pros: Strong and well built. Excellent tracking and very little deflection on big hits. Great bushes and seals. Keeps the air without needing top ups. Confidence inspiring and very smooth. They need almost no maintenance. Totally reliable. Cheaper and better than the Fox equivalent.
Cons: Manual is vague. They take time to set up properly regarding positive & negative air. And take a little time to bed in because of the famous exceptional bushes and seals.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: Simply an excellent set of Forks. They are arguably the best medium travel XC/Freeride forks on the market!

Pros: Stiff, plush, easily adjustable, easy lock-out
Cons: A little heavier than other forks. No SPV if that's your thing.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: I've put about 400 miles on this fork in the past few months and it just keeps getting better. I weigh about 215 lbs and this fork is /plenty/ stiff enough for me. I don't do any crazy freeride stuff, but lots of fairly technical cross-country stuff (Palisades, Alpine Trail, Tiger Mtn, etc) and this fork is great on that stuff. And the lock-out/travel reduction is excellent for those long fire road climbs.
