Pros: great for freeride, bottomless suspension feel, great tracking/wheel path, virtually no break jack (great considering 4-bar suspension setup), super strong frame, low center of gravity considering the great B.B. clearance.
Cons: the beast is heavy, not the best for racing but can't complain for freeride (it is a freeride bike and not a DH bike afterall)
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: great for going big. Like I said its a bit heavy but you can put it on a diet for example Rock Shox Boxxer, Gammit chain guide setup ect. Know what you buy, this bike is great for super steep and going big. If you want to peadal around and are not interested in going big then this bike is not for you. Note this is the 2006 scream we're talking about
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
