Pros: Works exactly the way you expect it to work. Enormously heplful riding accessory.
Cons: A tad expensive
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: I will never own a mountain bike without this seatpost. Looking to add some height to your bunnyhops? Having trouble on some steep downhills? Keep doing an endo when you come over that steep log pile? Just flip the switch on your handlebar and use your weight to drop your seat 3", where it stays locked down until you hit the switch again. With the seat out of the way, technical sections and manuevers are instantly more managable. I love this seatpost.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
