Pros:	A concentrate so I can carry it with me. The 2 oz. pump bottle makes 60 drinks. I can even get it on the airplane. Also it has no sugar or artificial anything and since I'm into natural stuff this works for me. Tastes good too. I put it in my water bottle and drink it all day without worrying about too much sodium as it has 12 electrolytes and not the big doses of sodium I get with other drinks.
Cons:	The only negative is that I can't find it in many mainstream stores yet... Health food and online yes.
Time Used:	More than 2 years
Comments:	Has really helped my stamina and endurance. Plus it gets rid of heat headaches in the summer and hangovers too.
