Pros: Tastes great, and gives you a releiving boost of enerks
Cons: need to eat with water
Time Used: Less Than A Month
Comments: the recieved energy boost is not for like, a ,minute, it works, for like an hour.

Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
