Pros: easy in -easy out. great for technical stuff can ride unclipped
Cons: these are built like a tank very heavy
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: These are really down hill pedals but I ride them all the time. They are great for really technical stuff cause if you need to clip out they are wide enough to still keep riding and be secure and steady.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend

Pros: Lighter than my previous cage + spds, grippier cage too, which is good for commuting and scary unclipped moments
Cons: Grippier cage equals sharper spikes, resulting in unhealthy metal/shin interactivity
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: After killing my earlier Shimano pedals, I am very pleased with the 646 - binding is easy but they feel secure when riding with non-spd shoes like Oakleys - not too bad to clean too, as long as you do!
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
