Pros: Quite possibly the most hassle-free derailleur I've ever used.
Cons: A little more pulley friction than Shimano but not a problem.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I've ridden two seasons with lots of racing and haven't had to do any tweaking to the derailleur at all other than adjusting for cable stretch. It just works. WOW!
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
