The air spring is lighter than coil, more responsive over a range of temperatures than elastomers, and without oil there’s no stiction to overcome. Polished nickel-plated aluminum shaft, double main dynamic seal, high-pressure air chamber, simple adjustments accessed through the top of the cartridge. Adjustments and maintenance require only a shock pump (40-0494) and a hex wrench. Fits 80% of existing suspension forks.

Pros:
Very lightweight, easy to install and maintain, performs superb, tunability
Cons:
occasional adjustments that require access to internals are cumbersome but these are not frequent.

Got these on the web to replace my Judy XC's on my FSR Enduro Sport. What a difference. It was a breeze to install and adjust. After several weeks of use, called the company to get some more tuning advice. They were just unbelievably helpful and extended themselves totally. Tech sent me some different size parts for compansate for my heavy build - without charge. This got my last bit of tuning out of the way and ever since I have been enjoying the trails immensely.
