Pros: Accelerates like a missle, light as air, whisper-quiet on pavement, climbs with authority.
Cons: Expensive, wears too quick, punctures easily, slippery, minimalist tire. Washes out easily.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: Get this featherweight tire, only if you want to win races. This means you need the skills and finesse to make this tire perform- and it will absolutely perform well. I bought these tires as a weight weenie experiment, and got my Cannondale down to 19 pounds. At this weight, the bike was unstable and I had no cornering, downhill or technical confidence with the 310s. If you are not a sponsored professional, these tires would only suit 75% road and 25% easy trails. I would only recommend this tire to friends who are superb bike handlers on the trail and/or pros.
Rating: 3
Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
