Standard 7 or 8 speed chain.

Pros:	Held its form after being twisted by some jackGoff trying to steal my ride of the streets of NYC and looks good too after one cycle through the Park Tools Chain cleaner.
Cons:	Hmmm..Can't remove it quick enough to whip theives ass!!
Time Used:	1 Year
Comments:	It has to be one of the best $16 purchases I've made on my Jamis..Period!
