Tubeless technology at a great price! Maxtal SUP-welded rims with traditional stainless spokes, laced radial front, 3x rear to fast-rolling Mavic QRM 32 with sealed, serviceable bearings.

Pros: tubeless, good stiffness, smooth action from hubs
Cons: expensive tires, nipples not durable enough
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: The wheelset rides extremely well, they feel better spinning up than my old XT/517 combination did. The rims and hubs take a serious beating without complaint, but they have a tendancy to go out of true faster than I would like. Truing is more difficult than some and the nipples are prone to stretch if you aren't careful. Otherwise an excellent product that I highly recommend.

Pros: Tubeless, looks
Cons: Heavy, tubeless
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: I have had tire problems which might be a result from a poorly smoothed weld seam which resulted in sidewall punctures when I got a treat flat. Filed the area down and haven't had a problem with either since. Next time I might go light weight and use Stan's No tubes Sealant system.
