Pros:	always easy in and out, they get easier as they wear
Cons:	they are brass to protect the pedals, so they wear fast.
Time Used:	6 Months
Comments:	i'm on my second set in 6th months, but crank bros gave me my second set free because my first set wore so fast. as they wear they become easier to do everything, up to the point where clipping out was a little too easy. they are still great cleats, i'm happy to spend 20 dollars every six months for this kind of performance.
