Pros: easy to clip into, durable, easy to ride with clipless shoes or regular shoes
Cons: these petals are HEAVY!
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I got these as a gift a few years back and although I liked some features, I hated the weight. They are durable and easy to clip into. Now I am in the airforce and I ride my bike from the dorms to work quite often (its only like 2 miles). Since I do it in uniform, I have to wear my boots and not my clipless shoes. Having these petals really helps now that I can't always wear my biking shoes.

Pros: Large platform, easy to adjust tension, seems durable, can use platform in tuff situations when getting clipped in might not be a good idea
Cons: Had to hack away at my Mtb shoe and add shims under the cleats so I could clip in to the pedal. The platform seemed to get in the way. Doesn't shed mud well
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: I like being able to use the platform in situations when you can't always get clipped in right away. And I like the optional cleat that comes with this pedal. Silver cleat can get unclipped in any directions.

Pros: large platform area and very durable
Cons: hard to get into if muddy and heavy if you care about that sort of stuff
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: This is a good set of pedals if you sometimes like to unclip and still have something to put your feet on. They are very durable I've smashed them on many rocks and haven't had any problems with them.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
