Pros: Cool paint job out of the box. NRS (No Resonance Suspension) concept is great. Very light weight for a frame offering 3.75" of rear travel.
Cons: Paint chips easily. Extremely thin tubes (read: easily dented). Weight of frame is heavily distributred to rear.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: I had very high expectations for the NRS Air frame. Those expectations were never reached as I was never able to dial in the bike. Cables rubbed right through the paint - not good. Constantly got chain-suck even after replacing rings. I could never get rid of the bob on climbs unless I over compensated when pressurizing the shock. But the result would be a hardtail-like feel but not as responsive on uphill accelerations. Weird center of gravity made keeping front wheel on the ground while climbing technical trails a real challenge. It's now on my wall, disassembled and I'm back on a hardtail.

Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend

Pros: No bob suspension. When climbing, all the power goes to the wheel instead of the suspension eating it up. There's no need for a lockout so when you do hit a bump, the suspension is ready.
Cons: It could probably be a little plusher on the small bumps, but this is a price I'm willing to pay.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: Simply the best full suspension bike I've ever ridden. I switched from a hardtail and will not go back. Finally a bike that I absolutely love. I used to switch bikes constantly and always suffer from bike envy, but not any more.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
