i bought it as just a fram eand built it up with rock shocks, disc brakes, aluminum neck and handle bars, and just some old cassete bottom bracket and cranks it is a great entry level bike and if your good enough some beginner freestyle and rock trialing

piece of junk!!!!!!! to make this useable, I need to put 600 bucks into it in upgrades. I'm gonna throw it out or donate it to the salvation army, as long as they dont sue me for giving them a pos !!!!
khs customer service is crap. they don;t care that i have swingarm problem on a bike that has 8 miles on it. they basically told me to go stick it....
should have done my homework and bought a cannondale or gary fisher from the "get go"
don't get shmoozed by khs, it's all chinese made crap with a "designed in usa" sticker on it.
it's a great feeling to get burned out of a few hundred bucks. makes me sick to my stomach.
how can khs sell this crap and think they can have a reputation as a decent bike maker?
i wouldn't even use it as a rifle target, it would be a waste of a good 150 grain nosler.

my friend used to have this bike and its crap. he broke about 10 duraliurs and he only had it for about a year. this bike is terrible, u should never buy it.
