Pros: Well designed, great feel.
Cons: Occasional chain suck, but no worse than my old bike.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: This bike is a blast to ride. I haven't had it long, but I've been riding hard every weekend and have had no problems yet (other than the usual cable stretch, etc).
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend

Pros: solid bike, rock steady performance in light and agressive riding situations.
Cons: need XT or better rear derailer.
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: I upgraded the rear derailer for free with bike shop. This bike is a good all around ride. Great for tech XC and some light freeride.
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend

Pros: solid bike, bullet-proof frame, geometry, and it's a kona
Cons: components, chain-suck,
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: with a few upgrades, it's a lot of bike for the money, perfect for the aggressive trail rider/light freeride type rider, about 28lbs.,also was skeptical about the hayes mechanical disc's, but actually work surprisingly well, will upgrade compenentry if/when they break but fine for now.
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
