Pros:
Built like a tank and can take heavy riders without problems. I have a 900 LB spring on mine and it seems like one floats over rocks and logs, I weigh 260LBS and have destroyed lesser bike in less than six months, which I gave to friends.
Cons:
One heavy bike! Climbing hills are draining to say the leastIf it is speed one is looking for, this bike is not for you. If down hilling, bush wacking and all around rough biking this one will not let you down. Some groans and squeeks, but then so do I. Built in 2002, the bike is old compared to 06's but none the less a good buy if one is looking for used.

At 40 lbs long rides can seem like it weights 100, up hills even more. The comfort the bike provides in down hilling and rolling through rough patches compensates for the weight though as it can go just about anywhere. The bike does turn peoples heads as it looks tough and the red color is appealing.

Pros:
Can switch the travel between 4-5-6 inches. 4 inches climbs ok for a forty pound bike, 6 inches goes fast down. Active suspension sucks up a lot of bumps.
Cons:
weighs 40 lbs with the set-up I have, and it squeeks a bit.

I lreally enjoy this bike even if it does have a old fashioned rear suspension set-up. I take it on long cross country rides (40+ miles) and have a blast. It may take it out of you on the uphills but I can climb just about anything that I can on my hardtail, just slower. Get this bike if you want a freeride bike that can take a beating after you ride to the top.
