Pros: Great bike for the money, good componetry, low maintainence. Light and nimble.
Cons: Tires wore out quickly, brakes ok.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I have used this bike for various terrains from downhill to XC and some road riding. I have upgraded some components, crankset, bb, tires. Good components for the price. Would recommend getting the disk version.
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend

Pros: Affordable; good components for the money. Smooth shifting, even under load. Climbs like a mountain goat.
Cons: Seat post slipped when new. Cleaned it...then it creaked. Lightly lubed and it's ok. The brake levers seem a bit cheap.
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: I'm a 52 year old recreational rider. Upgraded from a Raleigh M50. I really like this bike. Seems nimble and quick...accelerates well. Hardtail is a little bouncy over roots and rocks, but aren't they all? Very pleased with this bike.

Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
