Pros: Good solid bike. A bit heavy, but I use it mostly around town. The tires need replacing, so will go with smoother ones for street.
Cons: Brake levers, shifter not the best, but are fine for me.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: My wife liked the bike so much, we got one for her as well. We also hang these bikes on our RV rack in the weather and they have held up fine. Good ride for the money.

Comments: Hthis bike 10 years and its outside all the time. This is in Dublin Ireland where it rains a lot. Needs little looking after bar a bit of lubrication now and then. Great for all sorts of riding and its as fast as I want. Very happy with ti.

Pros: Chunky, strong, resilient bike - comfortable basic bike transport, 21 gears.
Cons: I broke the left gear shifter and had to have it replace. The tyres needed liners. The bike is probably twice as heavy as my new Giant OCR3.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I've ridden the hell out of it since I bought it in 2002 - I'm kind of lame at getting bikes serviced and it's still going strong. No chain problems - in fact the chain has never come off. The gear shifters could be better, they're a bit crap. I had no problems doing speedy shifts. My girlfriend took over use of this bike this week and it's encouraged her to consider commuting to work on it, so it can't be too bad.
