I've used the big un's on my dirt bike for six years now and during that time I've thrashed two pair's of Mavic D521 rims (running on a third pair now, EX721) but the hubs are still spinning like they where new...
When I was gonna do the service after one year I could't open it cause there's no tools to do this. But I used them for one more year before I did get them opened. Can't really understand how theese would break, either you must be a real fuck-up or HOPE will give you a new hub on warranty!
