Pros: Light, rigid frame. Great at climbing.
Cons: Manitou fork needs to be replaced. LX brakes and crankset somewhat overweight.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: 1997 model. Very good handling, especially up hills. I like riding this bike on single track. Stock Manitou fork is worn out - only moves through half of its travel.
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
