Pros: Inexpensive for a begginer rider, easy to adjust, easy to get in and out.
Cons: Clips and pedals get loose after use side to side, and when lifting foot on the upstroke.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: They were great when I purchased them on my cheap budget. But in my opinion they are cheap and I'm unsatisfied with the exccess loosness.

Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
