its great for roads cuz the shocks dont work (unless ur 389 pounds)

the first time i used this dumb thing i thought it wasn't working. i brought it over to my 389 pound dad ( Ucle Hickery, thats his name)and got on the bike then it seemed to work a few centemeters. after that i bought myself a new fork. my advice... why the hell would u even think about buying it. u would have to be a retard.

Pros:
-probabaly the most laterally rigid inverted DH race fork on the market
-extremely low maintenance
-parts are durable and strong
-very light, around 7.5 pounds including thru-axle and uncut steerer
-stroke is super smooth and plush
-never felt it bottom out harshly
-adjustment knobs to fine tune the compression and rebound damping
-won many races in Japan and Asia
Cons:
-hard to get outside of Japan
-the stiffest spring probably isn't stiff enough for really heavy riders

I have been riding my TECH-IN T-11 fork since 2002, and I still believe this is the best production DH fork for racing. Compared to other inverted DH forks such as Dorado and Shiver, the T-11 is very stiff laterally. It takes a very hard crash to twist the legs, unlike the Shiver or Dorado. It weighs slightly less than the Dorado and a lot less than the Shiver. TECH-IN's engineer said he honestly felt that their forks are second to Marzocchi in terms of low maintenance and durablitly. The fork has been super plush and smooth after three seasons of riding on it.
