Pros: Good Components - very fast and nice geometry. Lasts pretty long
Cons: frame broke!!
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: It lasted me long enough, and it was a good deal for only 500$ new. Unfortunately, the frame broke. All other parts are still usable.

Pros: still alive ;-)..frame unbreakable + a great geometry.
Cons: hard to find spare parts these times
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: in heavy use during the last decade, still no signs of weakness. the frame is bomber (org. fork!). upgraded to xt now...

Pros: light frame, shimano LX components, nice price
Cons: miserable frame quality
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: this bike is a 95' modell. I used it for about 7 years until the frame broke. Unfortunately Giant's warranty for frames lasts only 5 years. I'm quite angry!
