Pros:
Strong, stiff, and very adjustable with the air preload and rebound. Looks mean enough on my P2 that it makes me feel like a poser when I show up at the local dirt jumps.
Cons:
It feels heavy but who cares. I got this fork on a great deal through Marzocchi's crash replacement program when I cased a jump and bent the steerer tube on the EXR that came with the P2.

With the stock springs and the air preload you can stiffen this thing up as much as you want. I found that with 35psi in each leg my bike flys twice as far with half the effort. If you fly too far and land nose down from 5'to 7'(as I often do) this fork can handle it.
With no preload air in this thing it is super plush with great dampening and would be a great trail riding fork.
