Pros: Inexpensive compared to other high-end full suspension XC frames. VPP linkage design climbs as well (maybe better) than my IF hardtail.
Cons: Full-Suspension bikes are heavier than Hardtails. Will an air shock last a long time?
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: I've ridden the Blur for about 9 months now, and I ahve to say that it is amazing. My frame has Progressive's 5th element air shock on it, and when set up correctly, I cannot believe how much fun it is to ride. My only concern is that at 210 lbs, I'm worried about blowing the shock out. Only time will tell. I still love my hardtail for racing, but for all around fun, the Blur is a great buy.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
