New from Kool-Stop. Patented process blends two top compounds into one brake pad for better braking, longer pad life and less rim wear

Pros: Great braking! I have the new Dual Compound brake pad and it is a decent stopper. It has a plow to plow away dirt and all that other yucky stuff we dont want on our rims. The dual material comes in handy when your on the trail and you run into the yucky stuff. Nice, long, soft brake pad that will last for a long time.
Cons: The break-in period is kind of boring.
Time Used: Less Than A Month
Comments: I recently owned the Promax brake pads (booooooooooooooooooo!)and they were terrible, rim -eating peices of crap. Anyway, I am 12 years old and this pad allows me to do stoppies so easy because the strong compound and my light weight (100 lbs.). My braking performance has increased about at least 5 times from my other pads. I would recommend this to anyone who has v-brakes, these are the best pads out for a nice price ($25 for two pairs of break pads)
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
