Pros:
easy to maintain install and repair. and i love the'em more than hydro brakes
Cons:
pads started to squeek after about a year and ahalf.

Pros:
AWESOME stopping power for a mech. easy adjustablility and install. price isnt bad either (bought off of JensonUsa.com in 185 size for $80)
Cons:
when compared to some expensive hydros, not the best power, but for the incredible price, this doesnt matter.
