Pros: easy release from several different positions, easy clip-in, too. gives me more confidence in technical situations.
Cons: they are designed to release with a very hard upward pull, which can be a disadvantage when bunnyhopping.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I think it would be a very good idea for first-timers to start out with this cleat if they are using Shimano SPDs. Learning to ride clipless means taking a few falls, but these will help minimize that.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
