Look. KG 281 Road Frameset

Average Rating:

Look boosted the stiffness and rigidity of this HM carbon fiber frame by using variable-thickness tubes to increase stiffness where it's needed, and beefed up the rigidity with a SLT Pro aluminum bottom bracket. The HSC 3 carbon fiber fork adds stiffness to the front end and softens the ride. Take a look at these high-tech specs: HM carbon fiber is the highest quality carbon available, with 20 layers per tube beefing up stiffness while it dampens road vibration. PRO MAX super light variable thickness tubes are custom-designed for each size frame, so each frame is as stiff as possible in the right places and as supple as possible in others. SLT 7000 series aluminum lugs are the lightest and stiffest available. The HSC3 monobloc carbon fork keeps your front end tracking straight at speed and softens the ride.

Pros: Lively but stiff in the botton bracket in sprints.
Cons: None. I'm a very picky guy and I really can't find a bad thing to say about this frame.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: I can't say enough about this frame. I own and have owned many top frames in the past. This one covers all the bases. Great handling, light, shock obsorbing ride.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
