Pros: There is nothing about these pedals that would cause me to recommend these.
Cons: Hard to get into and out of.
Time Used: 3 Months
Comments: If you value your life you'll stay very far away from these pedals. After getting hung up trying to exit these pedals while in traffic I went back to my reliable Shimano MTB's. Save your money and your life and get something else.
Rating: 1
Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
