Pros: The fruit flavor ones are pretty tolerable. Good for a burst of energy.
Cons: The chocolate ones are pretty hard going down.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: Must use with water.
Rating: 3
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
