Spinergy has long made superior wheelsets, and these are no different. Vectran spokes make these wheels 20% stiffer than conventional wheels. Vectran Advanced Fiber spokes (28 spoke radial front, 32 spoke radial/1x), welded rims with machined braking surface. Shimano 8/9 speed compatible freehub. Includes quick release skewers. 26".

Pros: light weight, did not go out of true with moderate hits, looks cool.
Cons: Ride:They are not stiff as advertized, they are the most flexible/noodley wheels Ive ever ridden. So much flex that they rub the breaks if I stand to hammer. Product support: No one can reach spynergy, and parts are impossible to find. Product Failure: Ouch, the front taco'd on a medium sized jump and I ended up with a seporated shoulder. When they fail, they do so dramatically.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: They might be good for a light rider on a stiff frame bike. They do soften the ride.

Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
