Pros: The trainer is smooth and quiet. Mounting the bike is very simple, tension is kept on the back wheel with a spring. The computer display is great. The watts feature is the reason I got this and I love it.
Cons: The only con is the wire from the resistance unit to the remote and computer display is a tad bit short.
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: I bought this trainer to replace a 10 year old Performance Travel Trac (that one still works, but my soon to be ex-wife abscounded with that one).

Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
