Pros: Tough, durable, nimble, light weight and one crazy fun to ride bike.
Cons: No real disk break mounts, cable rub
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: This is one great bike to ride; it looks sexy fast just sitting in my garage. I'm a heavy rider at 230 lbs and 6' 3" tall, and this bike is the best I have ever ridden. The frame is strong, very responsive, and just incredible to ride. I fear nothing on the trail except a grizzle bear. This bike is light enough for the climbs and strong enough for the jumps during a decent. Fantastic bike that I will forever judge all others against. If you can get your hands on one buy it now!
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend

Pros: Great maneuverability to the frame, light weight for x-country, but can take some bigger hits as well. I have had it since December 2002 and have been riding it almost every weekend since! I love this bike!
Cons: a little beefier for more "freeriding" wannabees, but not the heavy frame.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: I think Ellsworth is one of the premier frame designers in the industry, but small enough to "keep" it real and not get all mass produced. I appreciate the great craftsmanship they put into their bikes. I have 2 other friends with Ellsworth and they are still riding them!
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
