Pros: great bike. the rear shock is good, fork is good, great tires, good shifters, great pedals, and great looks.
Cons: the price, unfortunately here in alaska it is impossible to get a good deal on a bike, maybe mail order, but then shipping costs an arm and a leg.
Time Used: 6 Months
Comments: it actually feels like a mountain bike. not everything is too easy with this bike, which is what i like about it. you can huck it down any curving, downward terrain you want. It climbs like a goat. weighs about 33 pounds. i haven't tried it on anything more than a 3 footer. but when all the snow melts i intend to put it through all the tests that i can think of, including urban. when i first test rode this bike i immediatly fell in love with it, it took me two days to buy it because i couldn't get over the feel of it. it makes you invincible, but yet the bike's not gonna break. it feels like a freeride bike that will take anything, on a semi xc frame. i love it. by the way mine's an '02 rm edge.
Rating: 5
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
