Hard to kill, smooth ride, goes from pavement to dirt well, price point, great climber
Cons:
shifters are chunky, wheels are not the best
Time Used:
More than 2 years
Comments:
I live 10 miles up hill from Buffalo Creek recreation area and the Colorado Trail. I ride down to Buff Creek and back and the bike does everthing you ask of it. Put about 200 miles a week on it for the past year and only had to replace the wheels. I also upgraded to a 9 speed hub. Good entry bike and a all around bike for non-agressive riders

Pros:
Awesome Frame design, light and strong. Front shocks work well for me, gears shift smooth as silk. Brakes, are flawless in my opinon. Extreamly smooth ride, and a rather fast mountain bike.
Cons:
Hmm...It could use some disk brakes..
Time Used:
Less Than A Month

This a bad bike man. But by bad, I mean awesome. Smooth ride, strong, extreamly light frame for a mountain bike. Brakes are flawless in my opinion. I haven't had to change one single part yet.

This bike is definitely a 50/50 onroad offroad bike. Dont plan on pounding it offroad. I rode one season and had to replace the headset. If you are an experieced rider spend the extra 200-300 bucks for the V3 or V4. Wish I had. Overall a great bike for the price. Recommend to a beginner friend.

Pros:
Strong, and light frame. The components are adequate for most weekend warriors. Bike is the right alternative for those seeking a bike shop bike for a chain store price.
Cons:
I'd like better components, but for 260 dollars I can't complain at all.
Time Used:
6 Months
Comments:
I am only giving this bike three stars because its not really a five star bike. Having said that in the realm of bikes costing around $300 I would definetly give it 5 stars.

I really think it's ideal for somebody stepping up to a bike that's just not for getting in shape but for more serious riding without spending the big bills quite yet.

Cons:

Its held up well for an inexpensive bike, had to change the casset about 6 months in. I'm a clydsdale and ride hard and often, have taken some bid drops and some large hills and havn't had a complaint. For the price its a great entrey level bike.
