Pros:	Awsome hubs work great for me, you get going faster with the 72, instead of 20 pedal positions.
Cons:	The only thing is when you flip your bike upsidedown the hubs do not spin as long as the crupi.
Time Used:	Just Once
Comments:	I would recommend these to any one whether they ride bmx or bust out on the trails these are a great hub and I think they are good for any bike.
