Pros: Tastes good. Filling after a workout. Good warm or cold. YUMMM! What a great way to get the protein I need!
Cons: Too small of a tube!
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I used to gawk at my friend that ate this stuff out of a toothpaste tube until I tried it! Post workout protein is impotant and this is an easy way to get it.

Pros: Gives me what I crave after a race or hard ride. Not sore in the morning.
Cons: At first try, the chocolate tasted kinda nasty. But The vanilla flavor rocks. I now like both.
Time Used: More than 2 years
Comments: I see a lot of people try Jogmate during the ride and then complain that it doesn't help them. The key is to use it within 20 minutes of finishing the ride. After every ride, my body is craving protein and my typical response is a burger. Now it's JogMate.
