I am a light rider (120lbs) and I had to remove the rebound side spring and run air to make it plush enough for me. Smooth as butta.

Cons:
Takes a while to set up. Manual sucks.

Comments:
I currently have four bikes and this shock blows away all others. I weigh 230 and rarely bottom it out even though I run it plush. Since owning this shock all I want to own is Marzocchi.

I've rode mostly Manitou and can say nothing bad about them. I can say that riding this fork hard is where it shines. I weigh 220 and it is holding up like nothing else. Riding in the N.W is hard on forks and this fork I have utter confidence in for the long haul.
