Average Rating:

The internals of the Duke SL have been completely redesigned for 2003, with adjustable U-Turn Travel from 63 to 108mm, and RockShox's newest and lightest damping system, the air-assisted Pure Delite. Forged alloy crown, Easton Taperwall stanchions, and butted alloy steer tube.

Pros: The adjustment of the shock is awesome, you can go from 68 to 108 on the fly. Responds well, not too mushy but not too stiff, great all around shock
Cons: a little heavier than some people might like, but not too bad.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: Was very pleased with the shock, and the guy i sold it to said that he is extremely happy with it. Tried putting it on an old GT Karakoram frame (was full rigid)and the frame geometry could not handle it. Wish I had it back over my current shock.
Rating: 4
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend it to a friend
