Pros: Very convenient to fill, wash. Good flow. Available in up to 128 OZ (one gallon) sizes.
Cons: Used 128 OZ version. Had blow out in first one after 4 or 5 uses. Replaced free by UD. Had blowout in 2nd one after only 3 or 4 uses.
Time Used: 1 Year
Comments: Cannot recommend if you dislike the feeling of a gallon of Gatorade running down your butt crack then having to run in the sun without fluids for two hours smelling of fruit punch and having your shirt stick to you like glue.

Recommendation: No I would not recommend it to a friend
